• Handle Key Account customers which consigned by overseas, co-operation with customers/overseas office and follow up the shipments.
• Researching and analyzing the market trends.
• Take enquiries from overseas office/agent and sourcing cost for ocean freight, air freight, and transportation from concern team/suppliers.
• Investigate and plan most appropriate route especially for air freight shipments.
• Monitoring cargo movement and coordinate with operations to arrange as per customer’s requirements, handle their feedbacks and ensure deadlines are met
• To maintain customer relations of assigned customers to bring customer’s satisfaction.
• Study and clarify on RFQ Condition with overseas office/agents & customers on pricing strategy based on market’s trends/condition to achieve the target.
• Coordinate with Managing Director, Freight manager and overseas/agents to secure business.
• To create internal SOP according to customer’s requirement and align with operation team.

คุณสมบัติ
• Male/Female, age 28-33 years.
• Freight Forwarding and/or related fields Minimum 3 years or above
• Proficient in English both writing and speaking
• Sea Freight and Air Freight knowledge (Strong experiences on air freight is advantage)
• Ability to work as a TEAM
• Ability to have flexible working hours
• Open mind and eager to learn
• Proficient in English both writing and speaking
• Good computer skills ; Microsoft office, Excel with basic formula - Reporting
• Freight Forwarding and/or related fields Minimum 3 years or above
• Proficient in English both writing and speaking
• Sea Freight and Air Freight knowledge (Strong experiences on air freight is advantage)
• Ability to work as a TEAM
• Ability to have flexible working hours
• Open mind and eager to learn
• Proficient in English both writing and speaking
