【JOB DESCRIPTION】
- Search, acquire and develop relationship management with key accounts who are online publishers in Thailand;
- Acquiring new publishers using multiple approaches. Effectively and strategically present advertising opportunities to Publisher clients. This includes advertising opportunities that the Publisher partner is not currently taking advantage of;
- Looking for new Clients (Publishers), Working directly with Publisher partners to build relationship and provide excellent customer service;
- Optimizing, tracking and analyzing client performance with the suggestion made to the client in terms of increase performance;
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to provide Publisher client ultimate support. - Responsible for developing strong and effective working relationships with other departments and a direct supervisor;

คุณสมบัติ
【JOB REQUIREMENTS】
- Bachelor degree in any field， able to speak Chinese or English；
- Should have or be eager to equip yourself with the understanding of the online advertising and marketing industry 2+ years;
- Experience in Online Advertising ：Google Advertising products/Ad Network/Mobile Network/Performance Marketing/ Affiliate Marketing/Monetization etc.;
- Experience in online ad-ops and/or campaign management within a digital media agency, ad network or online publisher is a plus;
- Understands trends and needs of online marketing. Experience in online marketing and market research are plus: update the trend of marketing and digital advertising, advertising demand of customer;
- Online advertising, sales online and marketing online knowledge, good skill in Google searching;
- Numerate and analytical: Understand online performance metrics and advertising investment decisions is a plus;
- Extrovert, eager to learn, working independently, teamwork skill, promoting and good communication skill;
- Self-orientation, analyzing and promotion characteristic;
