Responsibilities
1. In charge of maximizing sales of the corporate team (B2B,B2G) manage strategy analysis business goals Sales policy both domestically and internationally and formulate sales strategies (Sales Strategic Plan) in accordance with business strategies
Set realistic expectations and push through with determination and drive to make company revenue grow as much as possible through measurable KPI and action plan.
2. Responsible for the operations of a corporate team sales force, monitoring performance of teams and sales goals to ensure that business objectives are timely executed.
3. In charge of training, coaching, managing, and advising all salespeople.
4. Manage sales team to achieve the sales targets.
5. Prepare progressive reports and analysis for top management
6. Coordinate with the marketing department and After Sales department to ensure clarity of common objectives, which he/she must disseminate to field employees.
7. Work with the HR in recruiting, interviewing, assessing candidates, providing training and orientation to new hires, evaluating employee work and output and initiating termination for under-performing employees.

Qualifications
1. The candidate is expected to display strong leadership qualities and have the ability to maintain communicative relationships with all levels of staff including department managers.
2. At least five years’ experience as a Sales Manager.
3. Good communicator and strong negotiator.
4. Willing to go extra mile for team, customers, and the business.
5. Able to communicate in English
